APIM Macau

Macau is a old Portuguese state on the south coast of China and two islands in the South China Sea; reverted to China in 1999, APIM stands for Associação Promotora da Instrução dos Macaenses (Macau, China), The only educational establishment that worked with regularity and efficiency of the seminar was S. Joseph, where they distinguished faculty organized a brilliant through the priests of the Society of Jesus, who were mostly foreigners.

Afterward the creation of APIM established until the desired business school went through various ups and downs. The unselfish cooperation of the collective members and volunteer teachers, in special, the attempt made through Pedro Nolasco da Silva, made the school could open its doors on January 8, 1878. Throughout the 120 years of its existence, the Commercial School was always below the obligation of APIM that, although at different times struggled with huge financial difficulties, always placed as a design rule.
